From inside the app
This is the fastest route and needs nothing from us.
Profile → Delete account. Confirm, and it is done immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app
Email support@yboost.app from the Google account address you signed in with — that address is how we confirm the request is yours, and we cannot act on a request sent from another address.
You do not need to explain why. We delete the account within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — email, display name, profile picture
- Your coin balance and the entire coin ledger
- Your watch history
- Every campaign you created; any still running stops immediately
- Your notification token
What is kept, and why
If you bought coins, we keep the Google Play purchase token, product and amount — with every link to you removed.
We have to. That token's uniqueness is the only thing stopping the same purchase being credited to a second account. If we discarded it, anyone could buy coins, delete their account, sign up again and claim the same purchase over. What is left afterwards is a record of a transaction that is no longer attached to a person.
Coins are not refunded
Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, so deleting your account does not produce a refund. If you think you were charged in error, that is a Google Play matter — start at Google Play refunds.
